Fighting Terrorism: A Multilateral Approach

From nondescript office cubicles in Vienna, a small group of experts are using international law to track the identities of terrorist organizations around the world and cut off their flow of money. The staff there maintains that the war against terror can be successfully waged only if it's multilateral in nature and diplomatic in character. As they say, when the rest of the world reaches that realization, the UN's Terrorism Prevention Branch will be there to help.
