Publication Download Help

All reports and policy briefs available for download require Acrobat® Reader® software. It is available for download free from the Adobe® Web site.

Some reports are large and may require a few minutes to download, especially if you are accessing the Web site via a dialup connection. Please be patient.

If you have problems viewing the report and have the Acrobat Reader installed, try upgrading the Acrobat Reader to the latest version.

If you continue to have problems, try uninstalling and then reinstalling the Acrobat Reader. Consult your computer's help files for detailed instructions on uninstalling and installing a program.

If you have tried the suggestions above and continue to have problems, please contact the webmaster of this site and provide a detailed description of the problem. Include in your description the type of computer you are using, browser type and version, Acrobat Reader software version, and any error messages that you might be getting.
